Job Title : Assistant Manager- Adhesives & Distributor Network

Reporting to :"Group Brand Manager - Adhesives & Distributor Network

Job Purpose:

- To build and grow the Distributor Network for an identified Division and category of products

Business Responsibility Areas:

Key Performance Indicators:

- Responsible for setting up of Distribution channel in the selected geography, for selected product categories (Adhesives / Smartcare)

- Responsible for Sales & Growth of Adhesives in respective Market

- Responsible for Sales & Growth of Smartcare in Distribution channel

- Responsible for Sales of Other Focus products in Distribution channel

- Should work closely with Super-stockists / Distributors / Retailers for building long term business relationship

- Should prepare & submit MIS reports on time as per our formats

- Drive distribution for New Products as per targets

- Execution of channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, outlet coverage gaps

- Responsible for Distributor / Super-stockist Management: appointment/improvement / discontinuation through close coordination with respective Regional sales teams

- Carrying out weekly reviews with Regional teams: on Distribution& Focus products Sales

External:

- Distributors , Super stockists, Network Partners

Qualifications:

Desired: MBA

Previous Experience:

Essential (one of the following):

- Tier 2 B School- 2-3 years of relevant experience

- Others, 8 + Years of experience (5 plus years to be relevant)
