We provide asset management, wealth management (Combined AUM of ~$500mn) & client advisory to consumers and institutions globally.

We are a strong team with a cumulative experience of over 70 years in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory and Fixed Income.

About the Role :

- Investment Analyst for a Multi-Family Office ($100Mn fund) investing in start-ups.

- The candidate should be an experienced Investment Analyst to undertake financial research and report on prospective investment avenues.

- The candidate will study how an investment is likely to perform and how sustainable it is. And will participate in our sound portfolio-management strategy by providing the necessary data for our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform independent investment research on assigned areas

- Keep abreast with financial press and new trends and opportunities as well as potential risks

- Reach out to the start-up community and accelerators/incubators/funds for deal sourcing

- Set up calls with founders, seek their pitch decks, put together an FAQ

- Have a call with founders to understand the opportunity in detail along with deal terms

- Put together a stage 1 note basis the call on progress or decline

- For deals that progress to stage 2, explore the idea in much greater detail and present a detailed investment note for the team along with our projections/study of competition, review of founds.

- Assist in negotiation/valuation for the deals.

- Assist in portfolio updates notes, assist in M&A/next rounds

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following :

- Proven experience of minimum 2 - 5 years as an Investment Analyst or relevant role

- Bachelors in Technology with an MBA in Finance from a premier institution

- Excellent knowledge of MS EXCEL

- Should be good at handling relationships with founders/CXOs

- In-depth knowledge of financial procedures and statistics

- Hands on experience with investment analysis software

- Outstanding research skills (quantitative and qualitative)

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
