We partner with you. We would love to invite you to join us. About the role : - Ashika has a young Investment banking practice and has been able to close some marquee deals. In order to energise this business further, we are looking to get an energetic, numbers driven, original thinker to join the team. - They are looking for an analyst/senior analyst with 3-5 years of experience or an associate/senior associate with 5-8 years of experience. Roles & Responsibilities : - Understanding the requirement of client (fully) who is looking to raise funds - Conducting first line of Appraisal of projects involving Financial, Credit, Economic and risk analysis. - Making Presentation (PPT/IM/Teaser) on the projects and performing Financial Feasibility analysis (Financial model/CMA/Ration Analysis). - Extracting and analyzing data from website, publications, data vendors, and internal database. - Liaison with clients for collating data required for preparation and submission of the proposal with banks / FIs. - Negotiating terms and conditions of the deal. - The candidate shall be a part of end to end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/Buy-side mandates. - Supporting the Head of Investment Banking in Developing the strategy for the business Does this sound like you?
