We have an opportunity for City head in our organization based out of Bangalore location, kindly find below the JD of the position.

- In the designated role as City head, the candidate would be required to lead the business in the assigned geography at a strategic and operational level.

- City Head is expected to build and lead a culture of excellence across functions and process.

- Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of sales and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations, depot management

- Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company

- To lead and engage with the human resources of the geography with responsibility of their recruitment, training and retention.

Work Experience: 5+ years from Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables companies

Skills required: Hands-on experience of B2B and B2C sales, onboarding of merchants / retailers, managed distributors, channel sales, team management
