Position Description :
- To manage and oversee the PR and Marketing function of Commercial and Industrial real estate business of the company which includes lease of Commercial and Industrial Warehouses.
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the company's Marketing and Public Relations strategy.
- To decide the direction of marketing efforts to raise awareness about the brand and the product offerings with our target clientele including large manufacturing houses, FMCGs and E-Commerce
- To generate positive PR for the brand by virtue of interacting at strategic and tactical levels to further the company's efforts in enhancing revenue
- To build relationships with new potential clients and maintain the relationship with existing ones.
- To be the face of the brand with external agencies and partners that help us in our transactions.
- To liaison with the internal and external agencies and ensure articulation of Company's desired image and position, to agencies both internal and external.
- Be hands-on with conducting relevant market research to monitor market trends, insights and optimise PR plans accordingly
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the senior management.
- To develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns as and when the need may be
- Spearhead the corporate website development project which will include micro sites and landing pages for each project
- Work with the agency and prepare Media plans
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
