ASC Group - Partner/Director - Merger & Acquisition Deal Advisory

Roles and responsibilities:

- Experience in M&A advisory, strategic initiatives, fund raise.

- Advising clients on entire M&A lifecycle (inbound, outbound, domestic M&A transactions) end to end deal services - deal origination, due diligence, deal execution, closure

- Experience in both buy side, sell side, JV transactions. Exposure involves advising clients in line with their commercial objectives, funding requirements, valuation analysis/investment modelling using DCF & other valuation techniques, non-binding offers/ term sheets, Due Diligence, M&A negotiations, transaction structure & closing

- Have a keen understanding of client's industry and business and develop deep relationships with client

- Preparing deliverables capturing implications arrived based on above research, in word, PowerPoint, excel or email form as required.

- Keeping a track on latest developments and share articles on industry trends.

- Maintaining and keeping up to date records of internal documents / working papers.

- Assisting in Preparing training presentation on recent regulatory developments.

- Supporting knowledge sharing efforts and improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge.

- Networking internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients.

- Ensuring compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities.

- Following up on billing, collection, etc. Self-driven and well profiled person who can create success stories with clients

- Well profiled in the market, respected for professional acumen.
