Job Description - Business Development Manager
About Us: We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead brand awareness, develop strategic partnerships, and drive market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth & Business Development:
- Drive market expansion through innovative long-term strategies and identification of new business opportunities.
- Consistently exceed sales targets through effective business development efforts.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competition to inform business development strategies.
Service Line Creation & Management:
- Initiate and develop new service lines, contributing to global market growth and significantly increasing the organization's revenue.
- Manage and expand service lines in global markets.
Client Retention & Revenue Enhancement:
- Enhance client retention through the development of tailored solutions and trust-based partnerships.
- Increase revenue by offering additional services in Audit & Assurance, Risk Management, Business Advisory, and Consulting.
CXO Engagement:
- Drive service adoption and revenue growth by building strong relationships with CXOs.
- Implement cross-sell and upsell initiatives to increase service penetration.
Project Delivery & Account Management:
- Ensure smooth project delivery by collaborating with internal teams and resolving client issues.
- Align account strategies with the organization's annual goals to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Consulting & Strategy:
- Manage strategic sales consulting efforts, focusing on market growth and the expansion of service offerings.
- Significantly contribute to client retention and overall revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans.
- Create and implement business development plans in collaboration with the leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven track record in driving business growth and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Audit & Assurance, Risk Management, or Business Advisory services, with the ability to develop and manage service lines.
- Experience in managing and expanding service lines in global markets.
Skills:
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on trust-based partnerships and tailored solutions.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative, long-term business strategies.
- Outstanding project management and account management skills, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
