ASC Group - Director/Associate Director - Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing

Hiring for Associate Director/Director/Partner - Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing role.

Role :

- The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships for Direct Tax services (Domestic & International Clients) from diverse industries.

- This position offers quick growth opportunities including a fast track trajectory to a Partner role.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's) :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients.

- Meeting the clients and presenting the service offering; closing professional mandates by developing and negotiating the contracts.

- Actively involved in generating business leads and mining opportunities in existing client engagements.

- Interacting with Senior Management of Clients groups - UHNI & with large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and maintaining a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Represent the Firm at seminars/ tax forums/ suitable meets, write articles at various forums.

- M&A Tax/ Transaction Tax Advisory and opinion on Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Tax.

- Advisory on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing, Permanent Establishments, inbound & outbound issues, Repatriations etc.

- Corporate Tax Planning & Advisory for strategic issues and complex tax matters including business reconstruction.

- Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International).

- Managing and mentoring the team to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
