Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and minimize risk.

- Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

- Manage cash flow and ensure adherence to financial covenants and regulatory requirements.

- Work closely with the CEO and senior management to align financial objectives with business goals.

- Lead a team of finance professionals and ensure their professional development.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred.

- 15-30 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

- Expertise in ERP systems and financial modeling.
