Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our equity fund raising efforts. As DGM Finance (Fund Raising), you will play a pivotal role in driving capital strategy with a focus on equity, managing investor relations, and supporting our high-growth, tech driven real estate business.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Equity Fundraising:


- Lead the planning and execution of equity fund-raising campaigns.


- Engage with HNIs, family offices, private equity firms, and real estate funds.


- Build long-term capital strategies aligned with business expansion.


2. Investor Relations:


- Establish and nurture relationships with investors.


- Deliver clear communication, handle queries, and maintain investor confidence through regular updates and reporting.


3. Deal Structuring:


- Structure, negotiate, and close funding deals with optimal terms.


- Prepare compelling financial models, term sheets, and investment presentations.


4. Financial Strategy & Planning:


- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation initiatives.


- Introduce innovative fund structures to maximize ROI across real estate assets.


5. Stakeholder Management:


- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including legal firms, consultants, and investors.


- Represent the company in financial discussions with key stakeholders.


6. Corporate Governance:


- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and investor transparency norms.


- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.


7. Leadership:


- Mentor junior finance professionals and align efforts with the Head of Finance.


- Contribute to strategic decision-making aligned with the companys vision.


8. Business Acumen:


- Support innovation in real estate offerings through financial insights.


- Optimize fund utilization and drive data-driven decision making.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


- Proven track record in equity fundraising, preferably in real estate or infrastructure sectors.


- Strong network of investor contacts (HNIs, PEs, Family Offices).


- Excellent negotiation, financial modeling, and communication skills.


- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.


- High integrity, analytical mindset, and leadership orientation.
