Job Description:

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

- Advise managers on management of staff grievances and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance to local and corporate policies, processes and regulations

- Would be responsible for Exit Management and Attrition Control, Conduct interviews and maintain exit data.

- Policy Formulation & Implementation.

- Design & Execute of Performance Management System.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA in HR with 3+ years of experience.

- Experience in working with Startups would be preferred.
