Arya Collateral - Head - Warehousing Operations

Key Deliverable's :

- Able to handle end to end warehouse operations on PAN India basis for our agriculture business.

- Achieves warehouse operational objectives by recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends

- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

- Develops warehouse operations systems by developing, implementing, enforcing, evaluating policies & procedures; developing processes.

- Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements and implementing changes.

Required Candidate profile:

- Have handled PAN India large warehousing operation

- Have worked on technological interventions and train team accordingly to bring in efficiencies in processes

- Good in implementing systems and processes

- Good in analytical skills

- Willing to travel extensively
