Head Real Estate Projects

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience coordinating with architects, lawyers and contractors

- Experience of over 6-7 years in Real Estate Project Management in Mumbai. Preferably, someone who has executed projects under SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) or 33/7 schemes and someone who has an experience in managing commercial/warehouse lease properties.

- Experience in understanding and working with the DCR Rules

- Experience in managing contractors and tenants

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the strategy, interfaces, and progress updates aligning to the commercial and rental-yield properties of ARANATH REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED

- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth

- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)

- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders

- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management

- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring

- Managing and tracking property maintenance costs including strategizing and networking with local businesses, negotiating terms of lease, overseeing property inspections, arranging for financing, and facilitating final transactions.

- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure sustenance.

- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)

- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse internal teams
