Primary Job Description: - Head the Electronic Gold Receipts Vertical by strategizing, setting up as well as executing all the processes and systems. - Prepare and execute the right process flow for client user experience for client onboarding, getting them to open Demat accounts and for buying or redemption of EGRs online - Prepare and execute process flow in place for CDSL, NSDL and Vault Managers - Implement an efficient process flow for redemption of EGRs from clients of any of the stock brokers Desired Candidate Profile: - Previous work experience with AMCs who run gold ETFs or large stock brokers who are Authorized Participants (APs) for Gold ETFs with the understanding as mentioned above. - Must have work experience with either Gold ETF or SGBs (Sovereign Gold Bonds) CTC: 18 to 22 LPA fixed + Performance based Variables
