This role reports to the Director of Augmont Goldtech and requires a prior experience of heading the entire accounts & finance division of the company.

Job Description:

- Heading, Actively Contributing and Mentoring a team of Accounts as well as payments/finance

- Finalizing accounts for Statutory Audit under Sch III & Ind AS and providing necessary information/explanation to the Auditors

- Ensuring Monthly closure of books with ledger scrutiny

- Preparation and filing of Statutory returns GST & TDS

- Getting the data from operations for timely ERP updating and reconciliations

- Preparing monthly MIS for profitability figures and weekly cashflows for working capital positions

- Coordinating with all the respective banks representing Augmont

Requisite:

Mandatory Chartered Accountant Degree & post degree experience of minimum 5 years

- Working knowledge of Ind AS

- Willingness to work closely on operational issues as and when needed

- Proactive in raising/highlighting issues/concerns on timely basis

- Initiate and follow-up on cost saving initiatives

- Better leader at managing diverse teams

CTC: 14 to 17 LPA Fixed (non negotiable)
