Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day third-party marketplace e-commerce operations and build relationships with KAMs of Marketplacs

2. Work on AOP & Visibility Calendars with marketplaces on month on month basis. Monitor marketing execution, traffic, and ad performance.

3. Monitor and report on Marketplace performance metrics ROS, discounts, listings, pricing, SLA breaches & returns

4. Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting

5. Determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems

6. Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supply

7. Competitor research analysis

Desired Qualifications:


1. 3-5+ years of hands-on E-commerce experience across marketplaces

2. Experience in Amazon, Flipkart PLAs and PPC tools; experience with other marketplaces are a plus

3. Understanding of E-commerce marketing and sales drivers with third party marketplaces

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative, as well as able to work cross-functional environment

5. Strong analytical & excel skills and a clear understanding of retail math

6. Basic understanding of warehouse operations

7. Knowledge of Increff or an inventory management system is a plus

8. Background in Men's fashion is a plus

9. Bachelors /Masters degree
