- Supports the Brands in conducting various training programs and developmental interventions.
- Analyze the training requirements and support creation of training materials accordingly.
- Follow up with brand teams on product related information required for store training.
- Coordinate with the operations teams to facilitate programs in their respective regions.
- Hand the corporate training programs and liaison with administration team for venue, supplies and other arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between Arvind and the team of outsourced trainers for all program requirements.
