Context and purpose Arvind Fashions (formerly Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited - part of Arvind Limited) is seen as one of the top investment opportunities in the Indian apparel fashion and retail space. The mandate for this role is to identify, develop relationships and continuously engage the right set of investors for Arvind Fashions. This role will also serve as the single point of contact for engaging other relevant stakeholders such as equity analysts and business press. Major responsibilities: Develop investor strategy and identify target funds - Develop a shared understanding of the types of investors to attract for long term position - Identify funds/investors of desired archetypes Develop and maintain comprehensive investor relations plan for engaging investors and analysts - Quarterly and annual milestones - Road-shows (domestic and international) - Investor and broker conferences - Media engagement (in collaboration with Corporate Communications) - Online engagement Maintain a deep understanding of company performance and competitive environment a) Brand/business wise financial and key operating performance b) Performance of relevant competitors c) General business and technology trends in the space - Serve as a single point of contact for all external stakeholders - investors, analysts and others - Collaborate and support internal stakeholders including senior management, company secretary and board - Develops presentation, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors - Bring in market/ external perspective regarding valuation and investor dynamics - to maintain the edge of company's pitch to the current and potential investors Depending on the candidates background, this role can be enhanced to include additional responsibilities related to Corporate Finance, Business Strategy and Transformation Interactions Internal: Business CEOs, Legal &amp; Secretarial, Board of Directors, Accounts and Finance External: Investors, Brokers, Financial Analyst. Educational and Experience - Graduate in any discipline - CA and PG Degree - Finance from Any Top Tier I B - schools - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Investor Relations Skills and Competencies - Pitching and presenting - Networking and relationship Building - High degree of comfort with financial numbers - Glued into industry happenings
