Arvind - Corporate Finance Role

- Arranging and handling working capital limits (fund based & non fund based) - Size of minimum Rs 1000 Cr+

- Preparation and submission of comprehensive financial statements and business models like CMA, stock statement, FFR and other information on demand

- Interacting with bankers on various matters related to fund raising, interest cost optimisation, business analysis etc. Finalisation of term sheet and disbursement of loan in timely manner

- Managing consortium meeting on quarterly basis

- Handling credit rating agencies for appraisal of ratings of the company

- Discussion with internal auditors, statutory auditors and bank auditors for finalisation of books and audit reports

- Handling Investor relations with Investors and analysts, Data preparation and submissions

- Handling Investor conferences

- Data preparation and submission to investors / analysts
