The task of the VP of operations is to setup the necessary logistics, network and enabling infrastructure to ensure timely execution and delivery of the pre-fab houses to the customer. - This includes, finding, negotiating and working with local contractors, labourers, transporters. - The geographical scope starts with Hyderabad and Bangalore and soon the rest of South India. - Based on performance we intend to promote the selected candidate to Head of Operations. - Artison currently has offices in Indore, Hyderabad, Dubai and Stockholm. This opening is for the Hyderabad office in Banjara Hills Rd. 12. Role and Responsibilities: - Responsible for the Hyderabad Office Operations - Oversee the operations and functions of the centre and geography - end to end - Responsible for final delivery to customer - Developing the team and recruiting accordingly - Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment for delivery of houses - Contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services. - Ensure full compliance with the unit operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards. - Verifies property compliance with Legal, Safety, Operations, Labour standards. - A proven track record in business partnering, strong stakeholder relationships and management with ability to influence at senior leaders.
