Job Summary:

As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing financial audits for our clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and providing valuable insights to clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate audit execution.

- Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, considering client-specific needs and industry best practices.

- Oversee the execution of audits, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and deadlines.

- Reporting and Communication: Prepare clear and concise audit reports, summarizing key findings and recommendations.

- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of the latest accounting standards, tax regulations (including GST), and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.

- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient audit methodologies and tools.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the quality of audit services.

- Professional Development: Continuously develop your audit skills and knowledge through professional development programs and industry conferences.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within a professional audit firm.

- Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax regulations (especially GST).

- Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including ratio analysis and variance analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
