Arthmate - Operations Manager - Unsecured Lending (5-12 yrs)
Job Profile :
We are looking for an experienced operations leader. The incumbent will be responsible to lead operations and play a vital role in building effective operations processes and systems from application to funding of loan, making it speedier and, most importantly, introducing control to the process.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day to day activity and end-to-end central operations process for Un-secured Loans.
- Manage end to end Disbursal activity across India.
- Manage Bureau reporting and CKYC process
- Managing the work flow, SLAs, and ensure optimum deployment of resources; and the right mix of teams to attain targets.
- Responsible for Operations - Dashboard management.
- Drive operations projects along with IT.
- Control and adherence to process & policies.
- Development and reengineering of operational process.
- Internal & External Audit management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate / Post-Graduate with a minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Un-secured Lending products business.
- Should be detail oriented.
- Should have knowledge on end-to-end operational processes of Un-secured Loans and executed them.
- Should be able to handle a large portfolio of loans
- Should be good with MIS and presenting the weekly and monthly report
- Should have experience in bureau reporting and CKYC process
- Should be able to manage large volumes of disbursement and repayments on daily basis
- Should be willing to work in a start-up environment
- Should be a team player
