A Non-Banking and Financial Service Institution is looking for a Legal Contract Specialist who shall be efficient and well versed with various agreements relating to banking industry and its related regulations (preference will be given to female candidates). - Looking for a qualified contract specialist with 3-5 years PQE, Gurgaon Location. - Previous experience of NBFC/Banking is must and proven ability to handle independently new business products and draft, vet and finalize agreements. - Must be active in understanding various regulations of RBI. - Proficiency in MS-Office. - Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. - Outstanding and vigilant planning and implementing abilities. - Working closely with various stakeholders and acting as a point of coordination for matters related to contracts and other ancillary documents for NBFC. - Delivering efficient and effective legal support and advice to the team.
