About the Company : Arthmate is changing the traditional lending models across the spectrum of Business Lending, Group Lending and P2P financing products. The key responsibility of this role is to ensure and overlook the business analytics role and provide feedback on business performance, and ensure business teams have the information needed to carry out their day to day activities Job Description / Responsibilities : - Maintaining Business Partnerships which involves day to day interactions with the partner team. - Should be able to understand the business and structure the partner deal to enhance the existing business portfolio. - Maintain the partner level loan portfolio & indicate early warning signs or suggest ways to mitigate the risk. - High light the portfolio trends and new business opportunities with the existing partners. - Present monthly & quarterly reviews to the management. - Must be hands on with excel and operational processes of the products. - Will be responsible to ensure smooth journey of the partner on-boarding and maintaining. - Must have good credit understanding of the SME products. Desired Candidate Profile (Education, Work-Experience and Skills) : - Graduate / MBA (preferred from a Tier I institute) with prior experience in early stage startups is preferred. - Min. 3 years of Banking Experience as a Relationship Manager into Business Banking & SME lending. - Must have good understanding & knowledge of SME products & processes from product & operational point of view. - Should have experience in monthly portfolio analysis. - Should be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to dissect and tackle ambiguous challenges in business / project relationships.
