Job Title: Director of Technology

Reporting Manager: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop technical aspects of the company s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

- Help departments use technology profitably

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

- Contribute technically to projects by being a hands- on coder as necessary and removing roadblocks

- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills) :

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

- Understanding of budgets and business- planning

- Ability to conduct technological analysis and research

- Excellent communication skills

- Work in concert with leadership team to set and execute high- level engineering strategy

- Reviews designs and architecture with attention to details and produces flexible and scalable software architecture and designs

- Strategic thinking

- Problem- solving aptitude

- BSC in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

- Minimum 10 years of working experience
