Business Head - Used Vehicle Loans Vertical for Used Bikes & Used Trucks
Job Role & Responsibility :
1). Head the Vehicles Loans business (New and Used vehicles - Bikes & Trucks) - Retail & Corporate.
2). Achieve long term & short-term goals for Product Development as well as Services.
3). Network at CXO levels to ensure revenue generation from large customers.
4) .Complete P&L responsibility
5). Strategic agility to launch and scale New and Used-Vehicle business.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1). Min. 15 years of experience of growing the Vehicle Loans (New & Used vehicles) vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability.
2). Must have work experience in both NBFC and Banks. (Especially EAST zone / region).
3). Strong sales and marketing skills along with ability to network and forge alliances.
4). Good knowledge and end-to-end understanding of Used Vehicles product and process.
5). Must be hands on with execution of the business on ground.
6). Must have a third-party vendor network for various used vehicle related operations and checks.
7). Should have sound knowledge / experience of viability and profitability per vehicle basis the vehicle model and its resale value in the current market.
8). Should be able to create schemes and products by maintaining up to date information on used vehicle market, prevailing prices prevailing trends in the used vehicle market.
9). Should be able to build an operational process for the whole vertical.
10). Build business funnel through effective market strategy.
11). Should have experience in managing a team.
12). Should be willing to work for a start-up and take accountability of P&L of the entire business vertical.
