Arthimpact Digital Loans (ARTH) is established in 2018, ARTH is a technology first Micro-MSME finance company that provides short-term, fair-priced, collateral-free (unsecured) business loans to micro-enterprises and self-employed entrepreneurs across India with a focus on women-led businesses. Position: Manager Data Automation & MIS Analytics (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Gurugram

Department: Risk & Regulatory 

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Loan Management System and Loan Origination Systems

- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, design, solution design and implementation

- Collaborates with application team and business teams in respective application areas to understand and leverage current processes; address gaps where additional transformation may be needed

- Good understanding on SQL Queries and reporting queries to abstract data from the system for MIS query.

- Experience in working in preparation, creating MIS dashboard and Reporting tool

- Candidate should have a good understanding on API, Micro-services and other integration tools

- Prepare PRD for creating features in System

- Perform end to end UAT

- Good understanding of business and risk regulations

- Experience in working on Multiple Reporting tools and databases

- Experience in new age fintech, NBFC and Bank will be preferred

Qualification and Skills

- Bachelor degree in engineering with Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline;

- 4-5 years of experience working on Data/Reporting/tools

- Good Understanding of digital technologies and interest in driving technology-led solutions

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skill

- Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
