ArthaYantra - Senior Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounts

Salary range: 15 - 18 LPA

Role: Finance and Accounts Manager

What would be your role:

- Execution of day to day accounting process viz cash book, bank book, journal, bank reconciliation etc.

- Preparation and filling of monthly quarterly and annual statutory return withholding tax, TDS, Service Tax, corporate tax etc.

- Preparation and finalization of financial statement, audit facilitation and filing of annual returns.

- Capitalisation of fixed assets

- Preparation and implementation of MIS process.

- Tally knowledge is must

- Attendance management and payroll processing

- Take care of all Govt. Department works in case of statutory requirements /handle Company law related work/documentation in coordination with Auditors.

- Preparation of Accounting and MIS Report

What we would like to see in you

- 8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance in a major organization of repute

- Ability to hire and retain substantially large team sizes in excess of 100+ employees

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work in ambiguous situations with minimum supervision

- Ability to adapt to changing dynamics of the organization

- Willingness to work in a start-up environment
