Product Analyst Job Description

Who we are looking for-

A highly motivated, skilled and experienced professional to join us as Product Analyst.

Your responsibilities will include-

- Be a part of the team that is the owner of our online platform Arthos and build cutting edge platform with products around it

- Create a multi-device, multi-platform strategy and roadmap for Arthos

- Build ancillary software products to support all the financial products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.

- Build the entire product management setup

- Create state of the art analytics and econometrics platforms

- Internationalize the Arthos product and work on its launch in different geographies.

- Maximize business value from Arthos

- Optimize Arthos to achieve the business goals while maximizing return on investment

- Understand the level of effort of the Development team involved so that right decisions can be made

- Be the voice of the Arthos user inside ArthaYantra

- Involve in Testing Arthos

- Talk to customers first hand and take their feedback on the Product

- Inspire passion among the various teams about Arthos (from Sales to Developer)

- Develop an actionable plan along with the Development team and ensure delivery timelines are met

What we would like to see in you

- 1 to 4 years- experience from IITs/ NITs.

- Experience in building multiple products and taking them to the markets

- Should be able to understand and manage a large footprint of the product portfolio

- Experience of building products that have set industry standards

- Should have the flair and intent to understand personal finance

- Domain expertise not needed, but willingness to learn is a must

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to listen intently and attention to detail

- Ability to work in an ever-changing dynamic work culture with minimum supervision

- Ability to adapt to changing dynamics of the organization.

- Willingness to work in a start-up environment
