Who we are looking for-

A highly motivated, skilled and experienced professional to join our corporate business development Team.

Your responsibilities will include-

- Acquire, manage and grow large corporate accounts.

- Effective use of corporate networking to bring in new business opportunities.

- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibilities for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

- Writing business proposals for new client acquisition.

- Forecast and track key account metrics.

- You will act as the key interface between the Corporate Clients and service delivery team for achievements of business revenues.

- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Meet quarterly revenue targets for the business

What we would like to see in you

- Strong 8 to 12 years of experience in handling large scale corporate accounts individually.

- Dynamic and self-motivated individual who can drive in new business opportunities.

- Should already possess a good corporate / HR Community network.

- Should be able to understand and manage a large scale client portfolio.

- Preferably have the flair and intent to understand personal finance, but not mandatory

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to listen intently and attention to detail

- Ability to work in an ever-changing dynamic work culture with minimum supervision

- Ability to adapt to changing dynamics of the organization.

- Willingness to work in a start-up environment
