Manager - Digital Marketing

Who we are looking for :

If you have the passion to change millions of lives using Digital Marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

- A highly motivated, skilled and experienced professional to join us as Digital Marketing Manager.

What would be your role :

- Drive and conceptualize pan India digital marketing strategy in a B2C business model where TG would be in excess of 100 million.

- Maintain and enhance our social media presence, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Own and manage marketing budgets independently

- Drive and scale digital marketing strategy to acquire customers in excess of one million

- Responsible for Profit and Loss

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Engage different digital media to generate website traffic and email lead nurturing.

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Hire, mentor and motivate high performance driven digital marketing teams.

- Liaise and engage with top branding, PR and social media agencies

- Optimize resources and budgets in a dynamic environment.

- Drive measurable results through collaboration with agencies and vendors.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

It offers goal based financial advice accessible to all through Arthos, its proprietary online platform, by connecting all aspects of an individual's financial life.

What we would like to see in you :

- 5-7 years of Extensive experience in the B2C segment

- Post-Graduation from ISB or IIM mandatory

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, CPC, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Exposure of working with marketing analytical tools preferred but not mandatory. (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels, content marketing and content analysis

- Hands on experience in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, UserFox, Eloqua, Marketo, AutoPilot and social media management tools like HootSuite, Buffer etc.

- Ability to engage existing and prospective clients on not only social but also other media.

- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to adapt to changing dynamics of the organization.

- Willingness to work in a start-up environment
