Who we are looking for-

A highly motivated, skilled and experienced professional to join our corporate business development Team.

Your responsibilities will include-

Acquire, manage and grow large accounts.

Effective use of corporate networking to bring in new business opportunities.

Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibilities for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

Writing business proposals for new client acquisition.

Forecast and track key account metrics.

You will act as the key interface between the Corporate Clients and service delivery team for achievements of business revenues.

Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Meet quarterly revenue targets for the business

What we would like to see in you.

Strong 10 to 15 years of experience in handling large scale corporate accounts individually.

Dynamic and self-motivated individual who can drive in new business opportunities.

Should already possess a good corporate / HR Community network.

Should be able to understand and manage a large scale client portfolio.

Preferably have the flair and intent to understand personal finance, but not mandatory

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to listen intently and attention to detail

Ability to work in an ever-changing dynamic work culture with minimum supervision

Ability to adapt to changing dynamics of the organization.

Willingness to work in a start-up environment
