Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide strategic analysis for better strategy formulation

Conduct & present market study, market research, data analysis and support in expansion decisions

Work in coordination with departments across company and collect relevant information for better management reporting

Prepare and present MIS, reports on fund and portfolio performance & profitability regularly

Help in preparing investor reporting

Represent company in external stakeholder meetings

Skills and Experience: -

Start-up/entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of comfort with ambiguity.

Strategic thinking: Ability to see the big picture, frame and structure issues, and opportunities, run key analyses and make solid recommendations.

Outstanding senior management communication skills, including the ability to communicate very complex ideas in simple ways

Problem-solving: Ability to think through issues and come up with solutions in a fast frugal manner

Education: Top tier Bachelor's and Master's degree (IIT/ISB/IIM)

Experience: 5+ years
