Role Overview:
Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and market rollout of Arths key products. Youll work closely with cross-functional teamsengineering, design, marketing, sales, and supportto ensure our product not only solves user problems but also successfully reaches and resonates with our target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Own the product lifecyclefrom discovery to delivery to iteration.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
- Define clear product requirements, write PRDs, and manage backlogs.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Measure product performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches and updates.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success for launch readiness.
- Build positioning and messaging that resonates with users and differentiates Arth.
- Enable sales and support teams with the right tools, training, and materials.
- Gather user insights post-launch and feed them back into the product roadmap.
- Manage product profitability and commercial success - own the business case
Requirements:
- 37 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling digital products.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to make decisions.
- Familiarity with fintech, SaaS, or emerging markets.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech or similar industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or HubSpot.
- Understanding of Indian financial services or rural/micro markets
