ARTH - Fundraise Role - Debt/Lender Relations (2-5 yrs)
Role Description:
Exiting Lender management - Manage relations with existing lenders and work on the periodic lender requirement Including MIS ,Book-debt, and other specified reports as per the lender requirements and RBI Guidelines/Compliance.
New Debt Sourcing - Prepare/ Publish business Collaterals including Pitch , Key Business metrics, and other related documents for prospective lender .
Research and Outreach - Research and seek for relevant debt products (Such as Term loan , venture Debt, NCDs, ECB etc ) as per the requirement and suitability of the company's growth plan.
Qualifications:
- CFA/MBA/CA
- Understanding of Process, Policies Regulatory framework in NBFC/fintech ecosystem.
- Skilled in using Microsoft tools.
- Understanding of concepts related to BFSI.
- Up to date with regulatory guidelines and prevailing practices in the industry.
