Artelus - Finance Manager - CA (5-8 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Maintaining Book of Accounts of the company on Tally.
- To ensure Books are accurate at all times and to ensure Company is in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Periodic closure of books of accounts (monthly/quarterly/yearly) with accurate provisioning and clean Balance sheet
- Complete cash reconciliation in all areas on a timely and accurate basis
- Work closely with the Directors in monthly budgeting and preparation of Monthly Expense forecasts and periodical/ ad hoc finance reports as per the requirements of the Directors.
- Payroll, reimbursements and Final settlements processing
- All compliances like Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, RBI/FEMA regulation, Transfer Pricing, Labor compliance and other requirement
- Service Tax/ Income Tax/ TDS / PF / PT compliance and filings and adherence to periodical changes in government rules and regulations.
- Responsible for liaising with internal and statutory auditors to ensure all relevant audits are completed without any issues.
- Interaction with Government and Regulatory authorities-representing company for hearings
- Timely filing of letters of requests and follow up with departments for tax refunds.
- Optimum use of corporate tax incentives in proposed business activities, provide Directors with tax saving advice and new government policies
- Vendor management: including creation and implementation of Purchase Process, Invoicing, payments, preparation of SLAs, agreements etc.
- Understanding the processes and proper checking of all relevant documents/contracts before accounting/payment
- Ensure all invoices are accounted in time and vendor payments happen on time and accurately.
- Complete treasury management and banking activity and bank reconciliation
- Issue of Tax computations to employees and Form-16s to employees/ ex-employees and vendors
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of five years of Finance/ accounting experience
- CA and additional qualification of CS will be an added advantage
- Thorough technical knowledge on Karnataka and Indian Direct/ Indirect Tax, Corporate Law and Labor Rules.
