Website : www.artfertilityclinics.com - Provide support to CEO for Business Planning, Strategy and operational activities. - Coordinate with Projects, Finance, HR, Marketing and other relevant departments for formulating business plan - Preparing Budgets / Forecast for all the clinics - Coordinate with operations and marketing department for collating daily reports - Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation. - Analyzing the potential acquisition targets including but not limited to financial statement analysis, strategic fit to the Group - Prepare & Review of financial projection and returns on Investments etc. - Preparation of Business Plan and Feasibility study for new projects - Co-ordinate with due diligence team (both legal & financial) - Financial modelling and projections, Responsible for MIS consolidation and reporting - Co-ordinate for Board Meeting and preparation of Board Meeting Documentation / Presentation
