Art Director (Sr. Executive) - ITES

- You will be responsible for crafting good work that matters & will be tasked with leading ideation and execution of creative campaigns for the organisation.

- You will be primarily responsible for planning, design and development, web & platform work, Online content, creative innovation/ direction, and execution of social media content calendar, campaigns, visual presentations, video assets.

- Works closely with Graphic Designers from a creative standpoint

- Ability to collaborate with marketing and strategy team members to define specific needs and contribute with ideas to provide the right solutions to those needs

- Assist in project management support, including the establishment and maintenance of process, schedules

- Expected to work with teams of designers & other creatives

Qualification And Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience as an Art Director with a diverse portfolio showcasing website designs, social media campaigns, ad campaigns, internal communications, etc.

2. Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines

3. Experience of working for an international organization or managing design initiatives with both domestic and global audiences (especially USA) in mind

4. Have good knowledge of the latest corporate design trends

5. Extensive experience using design software such as Corel Draw, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

6. Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Premiere and other video editing tools is an advantage

7. Highly conceptual, able to articulate your creative vision present, explain, defend & modify concepts

8. Ability to patiently and creatively reason out thought process to clients and colleagues from different backgrounds.

9. Experience collaborating with a creative team and participating/contributing in brainstorming sessions

10. Agency experience will be a plus
