Art Director - Advertising

Position : Art Director

The Art Director will have a strong background in marketing communication design. You will own and lead the Design function in the Digital Marketing team.

Your role :

- Transform briefs into engaging visual content for the digital space in collaboration with Junior designers and the Copy Team.

- Develop unique design led concepts that meet business objectives.

- Complement Copy led campaigns with apt visual representation.

- Proactively come up with unique design concepts that have the potential to go viral on Social Media.

- Test different visual interpretations across various digital channels to arrive at an optimum design language.

- Lead and inspire a team of junior designers and freelancers to produce beautiful and effective design solutions.

- Imagine and deliver award-worthy work.

- Depending on the business goals, suggest and execute a mix of digital collaterals including Social Media campaigns, Web Banners, GIFs, Email templates, Landing Pages, Newsletters Infographics, Image Editing, Brochures, Facebook Ads, Template designing, creating vectors. Web Pages, PPTs and Animations.

Your profile :

- You have 4-6 years of experience.

- A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field will be preferred.

- You possess a strong creative portfolio of published work including digital campaigns.

- A proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects etc.

- A visual thinker, comfortable with communicating complex ideas and concepts through clutter-breaking designs and layouts.

- Ability to grasp brand & communications strategy.

- Comfortable working in a fast paced, start-up style work environment.

- Proven ability to lead a team and meet deadlines.
