Job Description for Administration Operations:  - Has experience of handling end-end Administrative function of large Manufacturing, Plant & Factory set-ups/ site.  - Establish an effective & cordial relationship with all the departments to establish the best practiced administrative service in the organization  - Liaison/ Establish close relationship with local Police & other Government departments/ authorities as required for smooth operation of the business  - Manage staff duty allocations & handle day-day matters/ issues that arise at the site  - Negotiate with the vendor to extract maximum benefits for the organization in terms of Stationery, Housekeeping, Drinking Water, vending machines, canteen, etc.  - Co-ordinate with security agencies & ensure desired security arrangements for site.  - Manage Housekeeping & pest control activities  - Arranging inspections & checks to verify that Gardening, Housekeeping & Hygiene standards are maintained across site.  - Manage office telecommunication services  - Arranging clearance from Vehicle Lease Vendors, Proper Documentation, etc.  - Arranging transport to executives & staff for day to day operations  - Plan & allocate Vehicle routes/ schedules, staffing & conduct daily checks to ensure smooth operations
