Skills Required: - Should have work in Business Partner role for at least for 4-5 yrs - Should have strong knowledge on designing Talent Management Framework, should have worked in designing and implementing Assessment and Development Centres - Should have managed Hi-Pots Identification and Development - Good analytical skills and strong in Presentation and Data representation - Knowledge of Competency Mapping, HR Quality tools, psychometric tools, PMS, Succession planning, Nine Box model etc. is must. - Should have prior experience of handling employee engagement tools (Knowledge of Gallup Q12, GPW Framework etc. is preferred) - Strong communication skills and Management skills, Strategic thinking - Ability to manage multiple Projects, work independently and maintain Timelines. Education and Experience: - Graduate in Science, Org Psychology (Preferred), with MBA (HR) Preference from tier I or II Institute. - Experience: 10-15 years (at least 4-5 yrs as HRBP), Candidates from HR Consulting, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Retail and ITES sector willing to work in Social Enterprise will be given preference. - Knowledge of HR Software is an added advantage.
