Designation : Assistant Manager
Position : Assistant Manager Corporate Communications
Department : Corporate Communications
Reporting to : Manager, Corporate Communications
Location : Head Office, Kolkata
Core Responsibility :
- Developing and implementing corporate communications (print and digital), including all branding and marketing outreach for internal and external stakeholders of the company.
- The chosen candidate will actively coordinate with various stakeholders to simplify marketing asks and develop high quality communication content for the growth of the Company.
JOB PROFILE :
Responsibilities :
INTERNAL BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS :
- Coordinate across functions to create campaigns (mailers, posters etc.) and effective communication for internal stakeholders, ensuring branding consistency at all levels.
- Ensure timely release of internal & external newsletters.
- Create and manage corporate presentations.
EXTERNAL BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS :
- Provide communication support for all marketing initiatives for the company
- Design and execute customer communication interventions across customer lifecycle stages.
- Generate high quality Annual Report in coordination with different internal departments and external vendors for print/online versions.
SOCIAL MEDIA & OTHERS :
- Develop and implement creative and measurable social media campaigns across all the social media handles of the Company.
- Represent Company in different awards and certification schemes
Personal :
- Ownership, self-organized, self-motivated, self-driven & proactive
- Excellent ability to conceptualize
Attributes :
- Excellent command over English (reading, writing & speaking)
- Timely response to incoming communication requests
- Scheduled and timely outgoing communication relevant to different stakeholders
- Ability to cater to the communication requirements of the various cross-functions
- Quality and eye for detail
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
1. Post Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing Communication, Advertising & Public Relations
2. Design Knowledge: Corel Draw/ Photoshop/ Indesign and PowerPoint presentations
