JOB SUMMARY :
- Credit Risk Modelling, Analytics & Reporting
- Implementation of Analytics driven credit decision engine for faster credit decision using Predictive
scoring models, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques
- Monitor, maintain and improve scorecards across products/portfolios including continuous validation
and recalibration of the model as per defined frequency or before basis sectoral evolution
- Maintaining Audit Trails of Score cards model evolutions/changes, along with exhaustive set of change
description, test strategy & test cases
- Interpretation of Credit Scores from credit rule perspective and suggest mechanism to use Credit Scores as an input to risk based pricing supported by solid data driven analytics
- Forecasting of Roll Rates and Bucket Position for all buckets based on historical roll rates across product lines
- Regulatory modelling, ECL, Scorecard development and comparison & interpretation of ECL results and Acquisition scores
- Provide analytical solutions through statistical modelling, reporting and data analysis for the businesses & publish crisp effective reports & recommendations.
Stakeholder Management :
- Ongoing liaising with IT and Credit to ensure all required changes are built in, tested and implemented suitably following internal timelines.
- Work closely with Risk, Central Operations -Product & Business department to support business growth and drive new initiatives including knowledge & success transfers.
- Independently manage vendors/partners and ensure prompt & timely delivery of results for the
organization
Capability Development :
- Develop capabilities in Predictive Analytics in a retail/micro retail credit segment perspective and apply those in Arohan Risk to help the Arohan risk dept. be future fit.
- Develop capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning techniques to understand customer behavior at one hand & to fast-track & improvise credit decisioning on the other
- Develop Knowledge of Advanced Statistical Tool & Technique and train the risk team in that for efficient delivery in other risk areas

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
Qualification :
Post Graduates with Graduation in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering.
- An MBA would be preferable but not necessary
- Additional certification in data science will be a plus
- Years of Experience 10 - 15 years experience in Analytics/Data Science
- Domain Experience Exposures in line with the JD. Exposure in Financial services/banking preferred.
Technical Acumen :
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel Statistical tools such as R, Python/SAS; BI tools such as Tableau & Query language such as SQL is must
- Knowledge of XML, XSD schema and API will be a plus
