Senior Content Manager


The person will provide strategic direction to the programs and campaigns of ARMMAN in India. We are looking for a competent person who can independently focus on providing strategic inputs to the content for behavior change communication programs on health, write technical briefs on the health content and build effective partnerships across project and research teams at Armman and externally, as required.

1. Provide inputs for the strategic development of the content of ARMMAN

2. Create and manage periodic documentation of content development across projects at ARMMAN

3. Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure content strategy and outputs are produced as per timelines.

4. Work with the project teams of ARMMAN and the content team, led by Senior Consultant (Content), for efficient project planning, documentation and submission.

5. The person will be responsible to ensure the end-to-end execution of the content creation/production/delivery and work in seamless coordination with internal and external teams/vendors to ensure the same at all times.

6. Develop project proposals, make power-point presentations and represent Armman in meetings, seminars and conferences to build effective external partnerships.

7. Coordinate with the content managers to ensure content is delivered as per timelines and quality standards

8. Review and finalize content developed by content managers

9. Develop strategic documents pertaining to content development

10. Coordinate with the research team for content related research - both the input into research objectives and tools and to understand and incorporate results of research into content production and finalization.

11. Develop project plans and conduct periodic (monthly/quarterly) review of the planned programs and targeted achievements set for self and the team.

12. Maintain the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and upholding organizational values and behaviors.

13. Support in other duties as required by the senior management team from time to time.
