- Leadership Role - Work closely with senior management to select appropriate research methodologies, design research, conduct insightful analysis, and deliver strategic insights.
- Research Techniques - Apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to interpret data, represent findings and develop insightful research deliverables.
- Market Analysis - Corroborate various research inputs, interpret data standpoints, develop reports and offer recommendations based on the research findings.
- Customer Centricity - Working with the client (internal/external) on both consulting/syndicated projects.
- Market Forecast - Maintaining and building expertise in market sizing and building quantitative forecasts within specific industry/ technology.
- Team Management - Lead and manage a team. Responsible for team learning and growth.
- Task Delegation - Effectively delegate tasks to others to keep a project moving forward
- Client Partner - Act as a thought partner to clients, in collaboration with the Supervisor.
- Competitive Analysis - Provide competitive analysis on various companies- market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and method of operation.
