Education & Experience :

Education:

- Post Graduate or Graduate in computer science discipline.

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Java development preferably from leading organizations

Skills : (Technical Skill / Non Technical Skills)

Technical Skill

- With minimum 10+ years of experience.

- Java, J2EE.

- Experience in any one framework like Spring, Struts, etc.

- Experience on working on any eDMS like Documentum, Jackrabbit, SharePoint, etc.

- Experience on DMS and Adobe (PDF) related products.

- Experience on adobe tools for editing PDF in a web applications.

- Web Services.

- Oracle/PostgreSQL.

- Experience developing using agile methodologies.

- The person should have architected/assisted in designing and developing application on java platform.

- Experience in designing for performance and hosing on cloud solutions.

- Knowledge on web application security principles.

- Good knowledge of SDLC.

- Very good communication and coordinating skills.

- Very good imitative skills.

Non Technical Skills :

- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills, strategic thinking, ability to influence others & problem resolving skills
