ARISE today comprises three separate companies, namely ARISE Ports & Logistics (P&L), ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP), and ARISE Infrastructure Services (IS).

- Build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for the Group and the Business Units in various countries

- Build an in-house digital team including web development, social media, SEO, digital marketing and online reputation

- Manage and train the teams in the origins

- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

- Manage and oversee different digital marketing and communications channels

- Reach and measure ROI and KPIs

- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget

- Oversee all the company's social media accounts

- Measure and manage online content

- Track SEO and Google Analytics data an make complex analysis

- Build and manage along with the sales team a consistent online marketing strategy and help them reach their objectives

- Anticipate sales performance trends

- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Job Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Director

- At least 12 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels

- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp.

- Good understanding of e-commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.

- Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.

- Basic knowledge of web design procedures

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- MA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
