Campuses - IIMs - A/B/C/I/K/L and Shillong, SIBM, SCMHRD, FMS, JBIMS, NMIMS-Mumbai, MICA, IMT Ghaziabad, XLRI, IIFT Delhi, NITIE, MDI Gurgaon
 
Role :

Area Sales Managers

a. Sector - only FMCG companies 

b. Batch - 2017 and 2018.

c. Profile - people who have experience of working as ASMs and are willing to do ASM roles. We want profiles of only people who would like to do ASM roles and ideally in multiple set of locations.

d. Job Changes - ideally should be somebody who has worked in 1 company only. Using it as a proxy for depth of understanding

Role :

Understanding the business, creating and executing growth plans through systematic planning.

- Identifying & quantifying - sources of growth' and build plans accordingly

- Effectively looking at data sets to make robust area growth plans

- Ensuring communication of objectives through Area review meets

- Achieving value and process objectives in area

- Managing accurate stock planning & logistics (Launch Estimates) and sales forecast at monthly level

- Leveraging trade marketing inputs (schemes/activation) more effectively looking at the investment & opportunity to gain market share.

- Developing deep understanding of customers and competitors

- Actively listening to Channel Partner and Trade partners ' feedback and taking necessary action to improve overall quality of service to the partners

- Engaging with channel partners developing strong relationship and influencing to invest resources in company initiatives like process, expansion, projects whilst maintaining the required ROI for the channel partners

- Influencing channel partners look at the medium to long term picture while asking them for the required investments
