Area Superintendent - FMCG

Looking for Area Superintendent for a leading FMCG MNC

- Candidates would be preferred from Oil Refinery Companies or food ingredients or oil and starch extracting companies.

- This position has overall management responsibilities of operations in the Wet Mill area. This includes operations of corn intake section,wet milling section, co product section, safety, environmental, costs, management, customers, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of corn wet mill operations staring from corn intake, steeping, wet milling and co products. Should have experience of equipment's like coarse and fine grinders, germ cyclones, centrifuges, starch washing, co product driers, corn storage, co products silos and packing etc.

- Strong Technical/ Engineering skills

- Knowledge and understanding of Proactive Maintenance Model

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or 15+ years technical experience

- 5+ years production management and supervisory experience.

- Working knowledge and experience with process unit operations.

- Demonstrated team building, leadership and conflict resolution skills.

- Knowledgeable of HR practices, EEO, Guiding Principles, etc.

- Ability to effectively communicate (written, verbal, presentation skills) at multiple levels
