Roles and responsibilities:

- Handle Pre & Post Sales activities

- Developing & executing effective service plans

- Customer Service and management-Product and Customer feedback

- Ensure SKD & CKD assembly as per standards

- Business Development - Service Network of distributor

- Distributor Management

- Deployment of service SOPs & proper infrastructure of channel partners

- Conceptualizing & implementing/ organizing service promotional campaigns

- Service Systems & processes development

- Service channel development & management

- Warranty & failed part management

- Spare parts Management

- Training & Development
